Greetings. My name is Victor Rivera, and I am a systems engineer with more than 12 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the development of military armored vehicles and commercial aircraft engines. These programs have enabled me to engage in most of the phases of the systems engineering life cycle, providing a broad and practical understanding of complex, multidisciplinary systems.

Additionally, I have experience serving as a team lead for a small systems engineering group of three to five supporting engineers. In this role, my responsibilities included reviewing awarded contracts, preparing Bills of Estimates (BOEs), managing controlled accounts, allocating resources, mentoring team members, tracking progress, reporting earned value metrics, preparing all customer deliverables, and presenting these items during milestone meetings.
